The Grease Shield product range comprises the following models:

Grease Shield AST range - The original Grease Shield features an automatic food solids transfer system which uses an auger to remove and dewater food waste. Fat, oil and grease is removed using gravity separation and then discharged via the skimming cylinder.

Grease Shield DEFENDER range - Developed for sites with heavy food generation such as schools and hospitals. The DEFENDER does not have an auger but features an integrated Filtershield food sediment basket which removes food debris. Fat, oil and grease is removed using gravity separation and then discharged via the skimming cylinder. 

Grease Shield COMBI range - Developed specifically for connection to a combination oven the COMBI does not have an auger as food removal is not a requirement. Fat, oil and grease is removed using gravity separation and then discharged via the skimming cylinder.

Each model is available in two forms the GS1000 and the GS1850.
